Yeah, it's the wings. You could do what I do (not for the noise, but to avoid that extra chiton(sp) ) and tell your petstore owner to grab 50 Large crickets without wings...I bet they love me.. :P Then you still get the size but without the chirp.
I love seeing your parsons...seeing a video of that one especially in such a great quality made me feel like I've seen one in person...the baby is just precious :]

Is it the front leg? Sometimes leopard geckos develop a lump looking 'bubble' right below their armpit..not in it, but below it. is this where it is? If so it's completely harmless and I think it is some sort of storage.

Oh no not at all! I got him from Amazing Blue Reptiles...unfortunately when I got him I did not realize the importance of knowing the sire name..but I tried to e-mail them after I got him for his name and henry's hatch date, but they never replied :/
