It was an infertile clutch so was no point in retrieving the eggs.

We just use the leftover paper towel rolls just put them in he cage instead of the egg crates and when you need crickets just grab the tube and shake then out into your bag or cup.

Jann i'm so sorry to hear this bad new on the same day as i am suffering a loss of my own. Padre was truly a one of a kind and he will be greatly missed by all. My heart goes out to you in this Sad Sad time. :(

We just lost our little Olivia today. She was fine this morning and came home from breakfast and found her on the bottom of her cage. I picked her up and held her and felt her belly and it was plum full of eggs i can only suspect she became eggbound. While i was holding her she opened her eye...
