    I by chance came in while my Veiled was urinating and saw that it was reddish in color. Could he have blood in his urine? He is about 6 months old, crickets and meal worms, zoo-med 50 and zoo-med uvb lights, free-ranged. His poo looks fine. Any suggestions?

    Nothing in the cage that I can see that would have done that. I did use a long dowel to see if if would fall off but it did not. I did not want to tug on it or anything like that. He has eaten a few crickets with it there.

    My Veil has something hanging from his neck, it looks like a cricket leg. The thing is it looks like it is poking out from the inside of his throat, I hope not (is that even possible?) I enclosed 2 of the best pics I could take. Thanks for the help.

    I just got a male Veil at the pomona show. Not sure how old he is, forgot to ask but his body is about 3 inches long. If I place a cricket on a branch he goes for it right away. How do you know for sure he is eating the rest of the crickets, the seem to stay at the bottom of the cage and hide...
