It can be done I personally do not have a green thump and killed a giant umbrella plant this way for one of my chams maybe look it up see what you can find about tips or tricks on pruning if that's how you spell that LoL

This is a false statement you do need all 3! The UVB is not enough on it's own. There are some good pet stores out there but to tell you the truth most have no clue what they are talking about. I also live in chicago dare I ask what pet store you went to?

Ok so yesterday I was helping a friend move and he had a large glass enclosure he was going to throw away so I took it since it was free and in great shape! We own many chameleons and they are all housed in screen enclosures but this thing is super cool and I would love to house a cham in it...
Haha yeah he is he will spend all day out there if I let him are backyard is huge so he will make it from one end to the other which takes him like 2hours under my close watch of course LOL
