    Jackson color

I'm not sure how long he is, but here's a pic. If it helps, he can sit on my hand decently, but I haven't done that since I put him in his cage, he's scared of me right now. https://www.chameleonforums.com/attachments/enclosures-supplies/63731d1346799693-whats-missing-20120904_154726.jpg

Hi, I recently got a young Jackson's chameleon! I was wondering how bright do they usually get? I will post a pic of him. I'm not sure what kind of Jackson, but I would love to know, if possible. Also, could someone tell me his general age? The pet store associate could not tell me. Thanks in...

    What's missing?

Thanks for the input! I've noticed he sits in one spot at the top of the tank when basking, but in the picture of him, he seems to have found a nice shady spot under the leaves. I was wondering if that was enough protection. This is where he basks.

    What's missing?

I set this up yesterday for my Jackson. I am still going to get a mister. For now I am spraying it down though. What else is needed? 1st pic is of him. I'm thinking of calling him Pan or Dionysus. 2nd pic is of my tank and setup.

    Cricket problem

I was thinking that too. I will probably get one of those. I just have trouble getting them from the bag to the tank. I guess the vac is the best option. Although I have a dark closet RIGHT next to the cage. Do you have any opinion on the bug tweezers?

    Cricket problem

So, I'm a new owner and I keep my Jackson chameleon in my room. The problem is I am very afraid of those crickets, even though they're small. I was trying to empty a few into is cage today and 3 got out. I panicked and crushed 1. The other 2 got away. Now I'm afraid to go into my room. Right...

Hi, I'm a brand new chameleon owner and I got a male Jackson today! I know he's fairly young, but no one could tell me how old he is. Also, I was wondering if you could just tell me more about him and tips for jacksons. But he is eating fine and barely turned dark..ish when I put him into his...
