Awesome info. I want to master this ability for my chameleon. I have a few cocooning right now. If I'm not mistaken, do they get a little smaller looking before they cocoon?

I had it all wrong. I apologize. I had 250 eggs in which only 100 hatched. Dandelion ate 25 in about 25 days. I have 20 worms left and 55 worms died in my care. Oh no. It was much harder than I thought and I spent over 100 dollars on this experiment. It might be more cost...
Hi, I use a glass terrarium called the skyscraper. It is a little small, but I have great success with it. I live in New England and I figured the humidity would never stay in it the winter. Why do you want to change? Can we see a picture of your Jackson. please.
Hi, the silkworm eggs hatched and within 4 weeks Dandelion began eating them. Thanks for all the help. The people on this forum are the best. I would never be able to be so successful. Only 5 died of natural causes. ;)

I use hydroballs about one inch. They keep humidity levels more even. But be careful I hear too much humidity can cause respiratory infections and with a glass cage it may be more likely.
I use a ficus tree that he clings in by a light. He doesn't seem to move much and looks hidden. It takes me twenty minutes before I'm back and I also have someone checkin on him every so often.
