What species of chameleon?
The red bulb arnt very good for a Cham I would change that for a clear bulb ( normal household bulb)and the temps are very high they will want turning down( how far depends on the species)
Have the UVB and baskin bulb turn on and of together
Nutrobal should be used...
1 looks identical to a freind of mines sambava at 4-5 months old but like I say I couldn't say for sure as there colours may change with them being young
1. Sambava
2.3.4 ambilobe
5. Ambanja
This is from what I can see but they are young so the colours could completely change over 6 months so its very hard to say for sure, the 1st could turn out to also be ambilobe
Like I said it may be worth just showing the male to the female but if she doesn't allow him near her then that's because she's more than likely pregnant
Personally I think one of the reasons people's chams are nasty is you try to handle them. How would you feal if someone can in every day an dragged you out your home. I only have one nasty Cham out of 24 and I put it down to the fact I leave them be, they only come out for inspection every now...
Is there any way the two are related? If tho that may not turn out well. This seems to be a common problem with the jacksons people buy a female and a few months down the line they wake up to baby's so it is better to be prepared. Pics will help and do you no the age of the female?
Feeding four crickets every other day will do more half than good, I feed my adults 5 times a week in the morning and there all doing great, I think ten crickets isn't many at all but I feed in the morning so they have all day to digest there food but like you say it depends on the size of the...
If you tell Julian I'm sure I will hear of him, I will be after another parsonii later this year and I'm not sure if I'm going yet this time, I'm having a outbuilding built at the moment for my chameleons so its costing me quite a lot but will be worth it. Once my cap eat are old enought for...
Well I will look forward to whatever your breeding next, the parsonii looks to be male aswell, his rostral horns are just starting to develop an he's growing fast
