i have ran across the same thing on my panther. i got him from mike at
fl-chams. i have my lights to come on at sun up 7am and go off at 8pm but i have noticed my panther always beds down at around 6pm since i have got him. and thats been 2 months. i dont worry about hes an early sleeper. not...
good luck with that setup, i would start looking at the real automatic misting systems. i feel you will soon be in the market for one ! if you try to go cheap it always comes comes back to bite you. you will get tired of pumping that res. to keep pressure built up.
:Djust keep an eye on them. make sure you dont have any free ranging dogs or cats in the area :D place your plants and branches so that they cant really climb on a wall or curtains. i am having mine in the corner of my living room, but set up so they are in the plants and cant get on the walls...
exactly as it sounds, a free range set up is where there is no cage just a bunch of plants and branches and vines set up so that the cham can roam as it pleases. i am currently working on a free range setup for my chams so when i clean their cages i can put them it that environment for a few...
I use both distilled and just regular tap water. i have a filter on my tap water though. i dont think it would be a problem to use tap water straight unless you live next to a neuclear power plant, then i would suggest it not be done !:D
Veilds live in a fairly hot climate. you dont need to keep the whole room humid just where the cham is being kept ( his cage ). if in a screen cage use live plants and mist often. a pink veild might be a problem ! ! ! no they do not turn pink
i got river drift sticks that the bark has soaked off already. i sanded them down to remove and alge or whatever. i then bleach bathed and sun dried for 24 hours, and then placed them in the cage. works out great and the chams love the natural wood.
guns are awsome ! if we dident have guns we would not be the country that we are. i have no problem shooting someone trying to steal my car or break into my house. yes i agree there are alot of stupid people that have guns but that dont mean to get rid of them all together. there are also alot...
