getting ready for my baby Ambilobe

You beat me to posting LOL I don't think the enclosure will be too big for him. I have my 3 month old RB Ambilobe in an enclosure a little bigger then that one. Are you cupfeeding? If so, he should be just fine as long as he can get to the cup.

getting ready for my baby Ambilobe

I think everything looks great! Looks like you pretty much have everything covered, and if he is as young as I think he is (around 3 months or so) He should do fine in that cage, and since you already have something larger set aside, I wouldn't worry about it. So what is his actual age...

Everything is all set up how I want it!

I actually got the rack idea from another member... can't remember which one now, but I owe them credit for that. I got mine at Lowe's Hardware, but I would imagine you could get them at any hardware store. That one cost me $60. As far as the low cage goes, I agree completely. I had...

Everything is all set up how I want it!

I wouldn't be able to raise the plant in the 65 gal or in the 38 gal, they are already very close to the top of the enclosures, but I will definitely raise the plant in the 100 gal either today or tomorrow, and I will add some more vines as well, just because. A stool is a good idea! Thanks for...

I am also going to get laying bins for both my females put in their enclosures in the next day or 2. One female is 7 1/2 months old, had her just under a week, and my other female is 5 months old, but you never know, and I want to be safe.

Thank you for the feedback! I just said the SAME THING to my husband a little bit ago while we were outside smoking LOL " Ya know? I think we are going to need some more vines for the 2 bigger cages". I get those vines from Dollar Tree. 4 feet for only $1... you can't beat that. I will...

    Aluminum cages, pros and cons.

LOLZ!!! One thing I do like about MESH cages like the Reptariums, is the ease of attaching vines to it. I just use UV resistant zip ties, and off we go. I also like the fact that they are so light...make great "let's go outside for awhile" cages.

Hi there, I would definitely post some new pics of her, as she is a little older now, and things change quickly.... also, I saw before that you said you couldnt figure out a way to get a digital thermometer inside your screen cage. Have you considered getting a temperature gun? Also, are you...

My Baby Veiled Chameleon not eating

Fist off welcome! I'm glad you are trying to learn what is best for little Yoshi! Many people on here have already given you some fantastic advice! I would say your enclosure is WAY too hot...especially if he is in a glass enclosure. Also, I second the purchase of a UVB light. Please make sure...

Can Some of you please post photos of your drainage systems for husband to see?

Sounds like my hubby....he just spent 2 hours putting together 2 more enclosures...and I mean...THE LONG HAUL... first putting them together, then measuring and cutting shower curtain to hold humidity, and keep our wall from getting wet :D Then attaching all the vines with zip ties....to a 65...
