Update on these guys, it would appear that Mordrid (the female cham in the video) is most certainly pregnant! She's gaining and grumpy, and doing all sorts of interesting things! Very exciting.
Is vimeo a no go? (On the rules page it says it's ok, but if not, I can download mine and reupload it where it needs to be!) Here's mine embedded

My female just did this for the first time ever today. I've been slowly introducing her to a prospective male since the summer. The first intro was a DISASTER. She HATED him. Turned black, gaped, tried to bite him, just not having his crap at ALL. Then he doubled his weight and the next intro...
I recently had a hydration issue with my female. I did the head drip, she has a mister, I spray, she just HATES to drink. I'm finding supplementing her diet with hornworms is working out pretty well.
I don't think there's any need to panic just because it's a jackson's. I got my first cham at a show a few months ago and she's a jackson's. You can look in my history and see my posts go from "OH MY GOD!" To "what's this about?" but I have to say, overall, while they definitely are a high...
Hi there. I'm curious as to what the weight of a mature adult male and female jackson cham should be? Any ideas? I'm trying to figure out if I'm on the right path, my female currently clocks in at 2.5 ounces.
Is that really true that you can't have too many plants? My Cham (Jackson's female) was looking unhappy the past few mornings. One of her plants had grown to where it was blocking her favorite place to hang on the screen and look out the window, so I took it out and did some rearranging. No more...
Mines name is Mordrid after a character in the dark tower series. She just looks like a Mordrid to me. I'm going to get a panther next, a male. His name will be General Disarray, because that is a great Cham name, IMHO.
I'm curious about that too. Right now I'm just going by color change, but when I hold her, she's a bright green "happy" shade. I just got my first batch of Cricket Crack in the mail today, so I'm gut loading now!
I got her (and a friend got a male) at the Reptile Expo in White Plains, NY. I'm definitely going to the one in October on Long Island. I can't wait! Though, I think my next cham will be a panther and I might have to buy that one online.
Today she RAN out of the cage to sit on me, and only THEN would she eat her worms. She wasn't unhappy to go back into the cage, but she's insisting on coming out in the morning. It's pretty damned cute. :p
If I spend any more time on this forum, I'm going to have a severe addiction going. I just got my first and these photos of Hera are so amazing, I'm dizzy trying to decide what kind I want for my second!
Ok, I'll check my go-to reptile place next time I'm near there and see what they've got. It's funny, I generally HATE crickets, but I'm totally ready to put my hands in a big squirming pile to keep mordrid happy.
