Those are what most people call "cleaner crew" bugs. They are used in bug containers to eat the "remaining matter" from the other bugs. I personally don't advise feeding off these little bugs to any reptile, being as they are a "garbage" bug

Looks like a area of shed that's proving to be hard for him. Up your humidity and mistings. It however could also be a burn mark. Be sure to use a regular 60 watt house bulb for heat on his cage

Your panther still looks very young. Some of mine have had dis colored tails until around 5-6 months when their colors really come in! Also and most if my females have "black" tails when they are not receptive
