Found a few threads on this, so I guess what I need to know is they have the double and quad setup. I see alot are using the double and one acadia 6% and then the grow bulb, is the quad much better? I mean I get more means more but does it make it better or does the double do just fine?
I keep seeing this "lightyourreptile" and look in there and so confused, I get it is double lights?
I mean all I notice is the price is almost triple from what I am used to and I have no clue what to get for a panther setup. Any chance someone can direct me to best lighting for the panther...
I think you have every right to be concerned on this and perhaps the breeder is busy or traveling due to the weekend (most are closed I would assume) I am sure that if a breeder is at a trade show they would make the situation right.
I am no vet however, sounded to me as if the cause could...
When they are younger they will eat daily, I would suggest pending its size to let them eat a good portion. Mine always when about 3 months old would eat about 5-10 crickets per day. Most chameleons will eat plenty them selfs, just make sure you offer enough food
Can never hurt to add a few...
Naturally the Chameleons will climb to high spots in general and sleep places they feel safe. It's important to remember they will go to these points so when making them think to yourself is this okay.
Chameleons will latch on tight when sleeping so I dont think the chameleon will fall off...
well I decided to make a custom cage and go all out. After days and days of research and watching endless hours of videos for DIY custom cages I find myself exhausted lol.
I saw a cage on here and it was just amazing and I want to make a backround and tile in the floor with good drainage so I...
they sell power strips with digital timers. I had a strip that will automaticlly turn on all my lighting on and off at certain times. You can go to petsmart and buy them. I think they are like 30 bucks and it works great.
I just wanted to say this, doesnt discredit the product you're using or saying its bad but I am a Chemical Specialist and I wanted to just share something I learned in the years of chemicals.
I have seen products say that ECO friendly and Safe blah blah. You really want to break down the...
amazing minds I see here. funny, we always manage to make drain systems yet we have to make them up as we go. No standard in the business. I am on the table right now trying to design one myself since I decided to go all out and make a super cage. I saw a few in here that were simple and...
Love coming back and seeing all the things I miss. I had to sell my Cham when I moved yet again. Thinking of getting another but move across the US seemed far to risky. Any how, now in Carolinas and debating on another addition so the first place to always come is back to the roots. Hope your...
and just a thought.. My cham used to do that too (scratching eye) when he shed the dead skin would stick to his eye and he was trying to get it off.
Any chance your cham has some shed on his eye?
try a pothos or a ficus plant.
What suppliments are you using? The Repashy is a all in one, I use it as well. I would suggest if your going to use a all in one to use it.
Something is irratating your Cham, you need to find out what it is.
Is the cage well kept and cleaned?
Water is...
Well its obvious where it came from, now figure out why. Either vomited blood or he pooped it. Now I am no specialist on why, my guess is he has enternal bleeding, why I dont know.
Maybe someone a bit more seasoned can figure it out or chime in
I am very sorry to hear this, I cant imagine...
Sorry, I know that all my suggestions wont benifet your current issue, but it will improve your chams life for later issues. I think the bunny and being allergic could be. I am not sure why otherwise but correct these issues and it could be a link to a part of your problem
