I had a juvenile Cham that actually chewed on his branches and choked and died on a piece of bark that was lodge in his throat. :/
I'd like to try and get all the bark off if possible..
Does anyone have any suggestions on way to effectively remove bark from branches? I am about to buy a juvenile panther and I know that they are notorious for chewing on branches. I had an bad experience with bark that ended in a very poor outcome and would like to put all safe guards up to...

Slight dehydration... My first chameleon always seemed to have a little bit of orabge in his urate just like that though. I know he was fully hydarted and Ill I fed him where supers crickets and flies....
:eek:I would be carerful. I had a panther that ate an adult anole. Their tounges can hold alot more weight than you would think and they chomp down hard enough to crush bone....:confused:
Also considering the crested is a pet you dont wnat it getting hurt and you also dont want your chameleon...
LOL Yes in "Parson"!! HAHA the white spot is pretty crazy. The one at the zoo was rather lively too I dont think he liked the people staring at him because to me he seemed to be wandering around trying to find a place to hide.
