So I fed fig and he did eat quite a lot but I’ve never seen him really get bloated after eating but he looks a lot bigger than normal so I was wondering if it cause for concern I haven’t seen any poop but sometimes it’s hard to find. When he is extended he still has a bit of a gut.
Yeah everything is normal vet said that his eye may have had a scratch on it and that’s why he’s been keeping it closed bc he couldn’t find another reason as to why it would be closed especially since he had flushed it
And yeah they are in his cage and I will definitely look into getting real...
Yes they did! I was super lucky and found a vet that specializes in chameleons and who has owned chameleons himself

So I have been having a gnat problem with my plants I took all of them out debugged and replanted them but I really don’t want them to come back so I was considering buying a citronella plant since they are bug repellant but I’m not sure if they are safe for chameleons. Does anyone know anything?
Daytime is normally between 50% and 60%, all of his plants are live other than the 2 front ones hanging towards the front, 3 of the sides have shower curtain on them. so other than the room humidifier I doing really know what else to do. Also out of curiosity what makes it dangerous? Is it not...
I believe so yes and I made sure to soak and brush them to release any shed. Also yeah the humidity it really hard to keep up and I cannot afford a mister so I manually mist and use the fogger to make sure it’s at a good level
Heyo so it’s been a while and I wanted to give an update on fig. He now has an extra large cage which is almost completely fake plant free! His health has improved tremendously he eats regularly and he has found a few new favorite snacks. I am still having trouble with one of his eyes I have...
