for me, best day
pascal obviously every day is torture and he hates his life passionately, the fact that i have finally got his temerature right with his expensive new bulbs, and feed him his favourite food and give him lots of water and plants and uvb light just pisses him off.
i went to...
i always forget which link to copy to get photos onto this, so i try one, check it and if it doesnt work, try another one until it does, seems to work fine now
an he's about 5ish months old, not sure exactly how old, i know i have had him for 5 months and he was tiny when i got him :)
he wasnt overly impressed with the camera,
he's usually happy to be handled so long as he's free to wonder around at the same time, he's used to the camera, but doesnt love it...in the same way that he doesnt love food, basking and me. he just tolerates it ¬¬
anyhoo
he randomly started shedding...
would like to reply to laurie,
pascal does have a flexarium which he lives in the majority of the time,
it has a UVB lamp, basking lamp, the flex is as big as the space in my (large) room allows, fully kitted out in vines, plants, somewhere to hide, big leaves for moisture to build up on...
just this minute thought - panther chameleon...hmmm :)
i own a 5 month old male yemen chameleon - he's the little constant in my life right now - i can have a good day, bad day, big changes to my life - and ill get home and every day, no matter what has happened, pascal will be there, waiting...

mine once had a problem where his eyes were closed all the time, and he wouldnt pop them but he'd roll them around in their sockets but...
my male hates me too
i think they just generally dislike being handled, it says it everywhere when you're looking into buying one, you buy one thinking "it's ok, mine will like me ^^" and then they dont :(
try hand feeding her so that she associates you with food,
food is good
they like food...
i dont even bother with a proper area for pascal, he's been with me for about 5 months, and he knows his way around my bedroom already - if i put some of his plants about my room he wont go on them, he seems perfectly happy to climb up phone chargers (being safe with electricity of course, no...
aww,
check the cage thoroughly - like, strip it down to make sure it is DEFINITELY not in there.
then if you put a heat lamp up somewhere high and some vines or something leading upwards, leave that running, make sure doors windows etc are closed and close the curtains too. you want to draw...
pascal's fairly happy at the moment
yesterday probably the worst thing imaginable happened.
my thermostat BROKE.
at first i thought it was the bulb, he is spoiled with bulbs and the one i am relying on at the moment is a 150watt deep heat bulb, this cost a bit more than i normally would...
