Assuming its a veiled a 100 watt lamp is still pretty high and young animals need to be kept fairly cool as they overheat quickly.
So I'd downgrade the lamp to a 60 watt, maybe even 40watt lamp depending on the enclosure size amd room temperatures.

In my opinion 20C is still a good ambient temperature.
He can move closer to the baskingspot if he needs to warm up.
On Madagascar there are also cooler periods (July-August) with temperatures that drop as low as 14C during the daytime in some areas. I always google weathercharts of the area...
What makes you think he's dehydrated?
Chameleons don't often drink but stay hydratred because their skin can absorb moisture aswell.
Best is to have him on an automister so you can't forget to mist him.

I doubt so, Robi was in his ambient area and Jemen was to busy taking care of his gasshopper (i ended up taking it from him as the hopper was as long as his body)

So my new little acrobat found a way into Robi's enclosure... Well not in but on the beam where the uvb is mounted on... He also stole Robi's food, believe it or not an acult grasshopper... I think his eyes are bigger than his belly, ill downsize Robi's food to be sure it doesnt happen again...
