well its staying at 41% and i have turned up the basking bulb a little

do i quickly mist or slowly mist
well its at 43% and i misted 1hr and 10mins ago but only for 1min but its kind of settling this time.
should i have the dripper running allday?
i will mist again once it has dried out and ill see how it goes.
at 9.15am before i left to collect him i misted the viv and it went up to 81% plus i had just turnt off the heating.
when i returned home at 11.50 the humidity dropped to 37%
could the heating in my house make it drop as the viv is next to a radiator?
well the humidity dropped down to 25%...
in my panther chameleon setup im misting which gets up to 91% then after 1 1/2hrs its dropped down to 25%.then after 20mins it goes up to around 28%
the panther cham is roughly 2-3 months and basking is between 27 and 28 celcius
is this ok?

the ambient is 21.9 celcius
i live in the uk.not so humid or great weather down here and many people struggle keeping up the humidity so adding hardboard or perspex on the sides helps keep the humidity up longer
