I almost wish I never went in there at this point haha... maybe a ban wont be the worst thing to happen!
A cup! Where in a tree will they find a cup or standing water to drink!
This is seriously the worst advice ever..
I have to think this is a troll!

Look at his cage pictures and how he justified them...
Its just... it...
Haha no actually. That was someone who tried to say that screen cages were not always the best way to go but he got his deleted because it had 14 down votes.
I was in there defending them

Sorry if this is the wrong place but just had to vent...
Is that place for real? I just was in an argument about screen enclosures vs hybrid and now this self proclaimed expert tells me that I basically killed my chameleon because I didnt give it a drinking glass!?
I mean... WHAT!?
I'm not using distilled or RO... just tap water and I'm sure that's why they clog.
I am thinking that mist king uses a dab of glue to make these not user serviceable because those nozels are available from elsewhere and they are just 1/8in npt threads into a push to connect fitting.
I broke my nozzle trying to take it apart to clean it and I need a new one... amazon does not have any on prime... is there anywhere I can get one quickly or even an alternative that someone has used that's prime?
So the manufacturer is tefen and their part number is a 0.7-80-f and zoro.com...
You're saying "they" ... do you have multiple? Could there be some sort of carbon monoxide leak in your house that has cause your chameleons to all die? I'd be more concerned with having multiple of anything die unexpectedly in my house.
Its like the canary in the coal mine type of deal.
I'll chime in here...
I really want an all in 1 fixture that will be able to ramp up LEDs for daylight and then (if I'm picking up what you're putting down) you could also ramp up the UVB output as well.
I'll also assume you're going to use LEDs for the UVB (I dont think these exist yet or are...
I have for sale 1 used for 3 months 48in Arcadia single t5ho fixture and the 6% bulb that was in there.
I also have 2 brand new Arcadia 6% bulbs never used.
Additionally I have a set of dragon stand ledges, never mounted for a reptibreeze 24x24x48.
Used 48" Arcadia fixture with 6% used 3...
Are you handy enough to open the pump head and inspect the pump diaphragm? It could be torn or damaged it sounds like.
Could also be stuck and need lubrication with some type grease or something... maybe a water based lubricant to get things moving.
If you have to replace the pump anyway...
I can vouch for Kamerflage. I've had 3 now and they have been helpful every time I've interacted with them.
I typically buy at the local reptile show but I mail ordered one last time and the shipping, communication, everything is great!
OP created another thread asking about mist king and the 3 failures about 3 days earlier this this post. In there I asked if they were purging the lines of air at the furthest/highest mist head.
Never answered that question...
When my pump runs dry, and it does weekly since that's...
I'm confident it's air in your line. Have you purged the air, while the pump is running, at the farthest (highest) mist head?
To do this, start your pump and while it's running remove the push-to-connect fitting right before the last/highest mist head. Once water is consistently flowing out...
Did you purge the lines of air at the furthest mist head? I have to do this after my reservoir runs dry.
The air in the lines won't open the check valve inside the mist head so you need to purge that.
