    How common is it that chemelons make thier owners sick. I'm more concerned as one of my family members is on medications that suppresses thier immune system.     If I was going to keep my chemelon in the living room would I have to just turn his lights on and off for 12 hours or the whole room so it stays pitch black and no noise like tv or anything.

    Are chemelons similar to birds in the fact that they should not be exposed to teflon fumes and perfumes and candles, I mean I dont use perfume or candles what about teflon.

    So I understand that chemelons need supplements everyday with that being calcium without d3 calcium with d3 and multivitamins. How often would I give these as online there are different answers everywhere.

    Do you know of anyone on this forum who has had success with a wooden vivarium or is it just a recipe for distaste cause of the airflow not being to great. I heard that chemelons have sensitive respiratory tracts are they similar to birds in the fact of no candles, perfumes spray or teflon.
