Looking for chams in oahu help

Yep. I looked into it bringing one home last time we were there. It seemed to be quite involved. One would think, with them being an invasive species, they would be make it easy for people to take one home with them. I guess if they did, then there would be locals intent on breeding them for...

New Reptibreeze Large? CHECK FOR RIPS!!

I recently purchased 4 Reptibreeze Large (18×18×36) online from a reputable company. Two last week, and 2 this week. Got around to setting them up, and three of the four have ripped screens. The fourth is not ripped, but you can see a bulge where the screen was stressed. The rips vary in size...

    My home made enclosure

I could be wrong, but I believe RO water is very corrosive. I don't think brass is recommended. Not sure if the same applies to dechlorinated tap water.

When they chomp down and the crix squirt..

LOL! Horn worms and hawks are about the two messiest I've come across so far. But I have a feeling a couple of the kinds of roaches I got from you may give them a run for their money once I start feeding them off! They may not have quite the squirt, but I bet it'll look like they are eating...

If you can get your hands on some soldier flies, he will put your mind at ease. Have yet to see a cham that won't go running for them. You can push the bsfl to maturity with some food and heat. Usually only takes a week or two if you bought the large size

Ha!! Like you haven't already thought about it ! Where he is, you have to turn your head to see him. And take your eyes off of your work. That's not being very productive.... Just be sure to position everything so he doesn't show up in a Zoom meeting :)

50 Shades of Beauty, meet Ranjo

The one that got me back into this insanity was a Petco rescue. Ran in for dog food, saw her, stopped to look at her. She looked at me and came to the front of the tank. Followed me to whichever side of the tank i went to. Worker opened the door, and she came straight out onto my hand. That...

    Crickets everywhere!!!!

Been there, done that. As long as they don't have a source of water, they should die off pretty fast. Now you get to look forward to finding their dried up dead bodies in all kinds of unbelievable places :)

Omg!!! I love this!! What an idea! Why didn't I think of this?? It seems perfect! I have some hoppers that I am tying to get to breed. Well, they've done their thing, just impatiently waiting for the hatchlings. Here's something I started doing that has seemed to work well for me. I failed...
