Looks like a termite!!!!! Just google termite images. From what I gather with a little research is that termites are OK for chameleons to eat, I would be unsettled by this either way. The fact you may have termites in your house can be a bigger issue!

I would still mix it up with crickets and others, chameleons can get bored of the same food everyday...

Me personally, I normally do just 2 or 3... I use them more as a treat.
