If you go onto etsy. There is a guy that sells plants. Hirta garden. I got a wandering Jew and red prayer plant for 17$ shipped. Both are doing awesome btw. They are more of a vine type plant but grow extremely fast. Both very very pretty too and do very well in high humidity.

I've replaced two with CliMist pump fittings. They are cheap and work fine. You take a wrench and just twist it off.

You probabably have the bulkhead and O ring on the wrong side. That was my problem when I first got mine. FYI silicon will do wonders too.
