    I would think if she ignores the male & dosnt change colour when seeing him then she probably isnt pregnant. She looks quite plump but that may be down to your good feeding:) I have 2 female Tenuis similar in apearance to yours they are fat to but I dont think theyre pregnant either.Heatherxxx

    From what I can understand some females have blue spots on their heads & some dont so this is normal but they only show blue markings on their sides if they are receptive perhaps you could put her in with the male again for a little while to see how she reacts to him? Heatherxxx

    Hi Phillipp, Im sorry to here your girl isnt well, is she still eating she looks ok just a bit dark in colour. I think you said she was showing receptive colours in your other thread, if so she cant be gravid. Is she still with the other female? Heatherxxx

    Hi Mike I used ecoearth for mine as well, no need to cover them, I also added some sphagnum moss around the edges of the container, it has anti fungal properties as it is acidic, but they should be fine as they are. Just keep at room temp if possible I think if they are kept too warm & hatch...

    Look foward to pics of your viv:) All my book says is the females have the blue spots the male wiil twitch his head & display bright colours. Mating lasts 20mins & can be repeated for conseutive days. The eggs are laid after 40days gestation directly on the ground or under moss. Hope this helps...
