Having nothing on the bottom is the way to go. Cleaning is a lot easier that way. Plus you can get gnats and stuff if you keep moist dirt. Your room will start to smell. I promise you'll start to hate it :)

You got a make there but I'm gonna say younger than 6 months. You're enclosure looks good.... might want to raise everything just a little bit.... What's on the bottom of your enclosure?
80-90 basking 76 ambient is fine. If he's chillin let him him chill. One thing you can do is try to get the humidity up just a tad. What's the highest humidity it gets during the day and how long does it stay there?
Sheldon is so crazy.... he comes to the top of the cage when I start misting... and just hands out with his cool baby patterns showing... Chester goes and hides when I mist his cage... they are so opposite :)
