TD,
For what it's worth, I feed my dubia greens, carrots, oranges. bananas tec., by placing one of the fruits or veggies in the bin. They disappear in a day or two. I'll wait a few days and then take a look in the fridge and pick a new fruit or veg. In the winter, my dubia eat seedless naval...
P.,
Looking good! I'm happy with my Mist-king, but if it goes out, I'll give it a shot. Are there "special fittings" for the inlet and outlet of the pump?
Casper,
Glad you found us. Lots of information here. Here's a good jumping off point found in the resources section at the top of the home page:

I think I know what you mean, but not 100% certain. I think you probably have an inline dimmer switch on your basking fixture and it's not "all the way up?" If so, yea, that's fine. You're interested in the correct temp. If you've go the correct temp that's all that matters. The brightness of...
Thank you. Looks like your bug tray works well. I'm a magnet guy as well. I hold my food cups and outer plastic curtain with them. They work quite well.
I'd have to see a side by side comparison of his old urate vs. his new to make an educated guess. If you've upped his misting schedule and added a dripper you're on the right track to increase his hydration. You may never "see" him drink, but if his urates are getting whiter, then he is...
If the Sterilite tub is bending/buckling where you have the bulkhead, then I would suggest a more rigid water container. I have a 5 gal. "Homer bucket" from Home Depot, but any size bucket with similar rigidity should suffice.
Congrats on the Mistking. I/Lucky love his set up. On the drippy bulkhead; you may take a look and make sure you have not pinched one of the washers/gaskets on either side of the bulkhead in your reservoir. Drain you water into another bucket and examine what's happening. You might find that by...
Schfflera's are wonderful plants to have in your enclosure. Lucky has been crawling up and down his for years now. I provide horizontal branches for him, but the plant takes up the majority of the enclosure. It's much more stable than the ficus I change out with every 4 mo or so.
