I don't handle my female unless I have to. She's not one that will tolerate anything more than a chin rub. My male is the friendliest cham you could get.
Have you dug out the eggs from the lay bin yet? If there's any chance at all they may be fertile, If you're not in a position to raise babys...
If she's covered the hole up, chances are she's done. If not, she may have decided she didn't like that one.
Does she look like a lot thinner?
I'm in the same position here right now lol.
I use RO in my misters and foggers but use tap water for my dripper for just this reason.
However, we have some of the best tap water in the UK here, coming from the lake district. TDS is only 66ppm.
If I lived down south, I wouldn't use tap water at all.
Could be normal, could be a problem. Please answer all the Q's below and attach pics of the cham and setup. Without good info, no one can help.

Everyone is slightly different. I have a fogger 0200-0600 and then a 1.5 min mist 0800 before lights on. 2.5 mins at 1300 and 1 min at 1800.
Some will say longer sessions but I watch them and know they are cleaning their eyes.
2ppm is fine. You're right though that the process strips needed minerals. I use RO in misters and foggers but keep tap water (66 ppm here) for my pumped drippers.
In this case the cham is seen using it. Under normal circumstances I would agree with you but with no misting (already mentioned this), and the cham is drinking, if it's kept clean, then why not? Misting really needs to be restarted asap if for nothing else but eye health.
You can be quite happy at night time with temps at 20 and even a little less. They need the night time drop in temps and it's when it's low like this the fogger should be on. The ambient temps in the care sheets refer to a fictional mid point, away from the basking area during lights on.
It is...
I've only just glanced but apart from the heat matt it seems fine. It's cold in Manchester too but unless your ambient house temp plummets drastically? Also remember you need a heat gradient so colder low down.
Also your fogger should be running overnight when the temps are low. Don't run it in...
TBH, that's the guy wanting to sell you something. Having both I can tell you honestly that it's not going to be big enough for an adult male. It will work for a female and I have the lay bin as permanent part of the setup on mine. 30cm doesn't sound much but it is in fact 30×45×90 which is a...
My question is why you went for the smaller exo terra? It's not big enough for a male. The 45×90×90 is a must for a male. I know it doesn't sound a lot but having both myself, there's one heck of a difference.
My worry would be the top drainage tray holes getting blocked. Using weed barrier fabric is the more usual method. It also allows for roots to suck up the soup created.
If I can give you a couple tips, use some Arcadia Bio Revitalser in your soil mix. The plants will do much better. You can top...
