I think that phase of Furcifer pardalis is a Blue Bar Red Bodied Ambilobe Furcifer pardalis. Although there is some orange coloring on the body.
I have got a male Ambilobe Furcifer pardalis from Chameleons 101 that I think may be from that sire.

I would say if the gaping persists Chamelionaire may be starting to developing an Upper Respitory infection. You seem to have adequate air flow in your enclosure. However I would schedule a vet visit for some antibiotics if Chameleonaire does have an Upper Respitory infection.
How clean is...
What is the airflow in Chameleonaires enclosure? Is he being housed in a glass, 50/50 enclosure or screen enclosure? Chameleonaire could be gaping due to a lack of air flow.
