Where I live they are roughly 2-3 months or less

Exo Terra 60 watt should work but if not you could always just go higher than what you have now and raise and lower the fixture as needed

Update again! He's doing everything normal except I haven't seen him eat recently he doesn't look skinny and is exploring a bunch he's still scared of roaches but just doesn't immediately go for his food like he did as a baby I'll keep an eye on him and let you guys know if anything changes

I do see very small/deflated fat pads which makes me wonder about parasites like @Beman said but it could just need more food
