its not where the dripper drips its jjust on the front of the cage at the bottom where the water dripped down the screen when i was misting, its the size of 2 small squares of mesh haha its tiny but it is more red then the other mesh. i actually bought this from the US but it wasnt made there...

my cage has only started to rust in one spot, because water was on the mesh and i didnt dry it, so if you keep the mesh dry you should have a problem with rusting, so after misting if you see any water on the screen just give it a quick wipe with paper towel and you will be fine

id suggest getting a Linear UVB tube bulb(recommend a reptisun 5.0) instead of using the coil bulb, they have been known to cause eye problems. 84 is a little hot for a little guy, raise up the lamp a bit to try to get the basking area around 80 degrees. Good idea on the dripper but you still...
