Finally done with his outside cage!

Well that’s a good thing because I plan on misting that cage a LOT. If anything my concern is drowning the poor thing :cautious:

    Dark, inactive and not feeding.

Thank you. Today has honestly been the best day since I got him. I had never seen him drink water, but I can mist him with the hose we have outside for a long period of time. He drank so much today. First time in almost four months that I’ve had him that I saw him drink. Also, for the first time...

    Dark, inactive and not feeding.

Sorry, I really don’t mean to hijack this thread but I have a question for you. I just built an outdoor cage for my cham but it’s too hot for him out there at night (I live in South Florida). I was planning on taking him out there as much as possible. He’s been out there today and has been more...

    Lola's cage build

Can’t wait to see the final product! And your hibiscus definitely look a lot better than mines right now lol. Love the Pothos filling in the bottom area too. Such a pretty, hardy plant.

    eye crust?

If you’re saying that you pulled some hard thing from his eye and he still can’t close it I would just take it to the vet. There’s people with a lot more knowledge than me in this forum but that’s just what I would do. But what everyone else is saying is just as important. People really don’t...

    eye crust?

Hes right about the waterfall... feces and feeders can fall in there and it’s basically a growing ground for bacteria. Its very difficult to actually sterilize the whole thing constantly to keep up with proper hygiene.

Finally done with his outside cage!

Lol, he’s not very happy when people are around period. Fired up as soon as I put the phone in front of him :ROFLMAO: I had to replant them yesterday. They told me to wash off the roots a little before switching them to the organic soil. They definitely didn’t like the change. My schefflera...

Anyone else a scuba/ocean lover? EPIC vid of this weekend's shipwreck dive.

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: That certification level is worth bragging, if you ask me  I did meet Enzo but briefly. However in that short period of time I did notice how much all the regulars seemed to love him. I was impressed with how good diving in Pompano was. Counting...

Finally done with his outside cage!

TALK ABOUT FAST! I was thrown off when I walked towards the cage and saw a red thing in there. This flower opened up in less than 10 hours! Now let’s just hope the actual plant grows fast too lol. There’s Mr. Burns on top, looking cute and little  He’s been looking around like crazy...

    Netting replacement

I did the same thing. The screen works really well and it's crazy how much better it looks with the black spray paint.

Finally done with his outside cage!

Well, after a lot of hard work, a f*ck up and some damage control, my cage is finally ready! :D I bought if off Amazon for 20 bucks. The measurements are 5ft tall and 2ft wide. It was falling appart and the wood was in really bad conditions. The screen was all torn as well. I reinforced it...

Anyone else a scuba/ocean lover? EPIC vid of this weekend's shipwreck dive.

That's still a whole lotta teeth if you ask me :D:ROFLMAO: I always thought I'd freak out the first time I encountered a shark but being in the water has such a calming effect on me that it's never been a bad experience. This has turned into one of my favorite things to do. I really wish...

Anyone else a scuba/ocean lover? EPIC vid of this weekend's shipwreck dive.

We went with Scubatyme the day we saw the hammerhead! We were doing a drift dive at the sanctuary reef. Sadly we couldn’t stay at the Duane for as long as we wanted to because one of the diver’s computers broke basically as soon as we reached the wreck, so we didn’t know how much air he had...

Anyone else a scuba/ocean lover? EPIC vid of this weekend's shipwreck dive.

There's a 14ft great white female that lives around the area... I was terrified of running into her but honestly a little disappointed I didn't see her once it was over lol. We did see a 9-10ft hammerhead last week by Pompano beach. He did a couple circles around us and then just swam away. It...
