I agree that this appears to be a burn, likely from the halogen lighting. It would be best to switch to these bulbs vs. halogen as the heat is more generally spread and not focused.

I found mine at Home Depot for a few bucks each. Has the option to set on/off by 30 minute increments if I wanted to. I just have it set on 12/off 12. :)

Well the second pictures look like they could be good eggs so perhaps the lighting or medium made the first one look yellow? Anyway, incubate them and you will find out. :) If she was bred previous to you getting her it is certainly possible they are fertile.
