I mean... I guess you could? Chameleons don't have cannabinoid receptors (I don't really know what those are) so eating it wouldn't affect them I don't think but I don't know for sure. It's not good for mammals but reptiles might be okay with it. It would look pretty cool I guess 😂
My favorite plant to use is a pothos. I use sticks from outside that I have cleaned. Make sure if you get sticks from outside they come from trees without sap on them. Here is a list of chameleon safe plants!

I'll get some more plants. The stainless steel bowl is not a feeding dish. I use it to catch water so it doesn't drip to the ground. When I get new plants, I'll take it out. I usually hand feed him.
