Personally I've been using this 2016 modified version of the BML diet for close to a year now, and my girls love it. This was the only diet I've fed to my girls sense they were 6 weeks old.

For a female veiled your cage should be just fine. I'm not an expert but from my experience the 2x2x4 XL repti breeze is used more for male panthers. Maybe a senior member can chime in!
