That sucks kevin. :( Hopefully the other 8 make it out okay... I'll keep my fingers crossed for ya.:) So you can't see any embryos in the eggs besides the windowed one at all?
80 seems a bit on the low side. I would say ideal temps are 83-85 degrees. You can adjust this by raising his basking perch closer to the bulb.
Anyway everything else in your husbandry seems correct and I commend you for doing your research. :)
Overall your enclosure looks good! I would add a bit more horizontal perches in your enclosure though. Also, you will probably have to move him into a larger screen cage in like a month or so. Personally, I would stay away from mealworms because they have almost no nutritional value. Try feeding...
I totally agree, by the questions you were asking you probably have had little to no experience with chameleons. And if you did have 5 chameleons more than likely you were not keeping them correctly.
I think that Apollo sounds like a great name. Marley is becoming too common imo. I try to name my chams according to their coloration and/or personality. But that's just me. :)
Although I don't agree with the tattoo as well, there is no need to be hostile and make these accusations. This thread was simply about admiring other's body art, not about Christianity. If you don't like it just don't comment, calling people names will get you nowhere.
Soft bodied worms such as silkworms, butterworms, and phoenix worms would not cause impaction although mealworms and superworms could. supers should be fed once in a GREAT while as treats. mealworms should not be fed at all.
Chams can be fed a diet consisting of all worms but just make sure...
Also try not to feed superworms and waxworms because these are very high in fat. Once in a great while you can feed one or two as a treat. Mealworms are not good because they are hard to digest and have almost no nutritional value
Try offering her a variety of feeders such as silkworms, butterworms, phoenix worms, dubia roaches, etc. If she is afraid of your hand that is completely normal. The solution would be to "cup feed" the worms. Get any old plastic cup, tupplewear or whatever you have that you can put feeders in...
