His tongue is out like this! This just started today!!

I took a video but it won’t let me upload, my chameleon tries to eat but won’t fling his tongue out. He leans towards his food then sticks it out a little trying to get it but he can’t because he won’t fling his tongue out. I don’t know what’s happening :( does he look healthy?

I got my nosey be Cham from CB reptiles and also expected a 1-3 month old but when I got him he was like a week or two old, he was so tiny!!

I have now moved shimi to his 2x2x4 cage, or should I say he moved himself lol. I leave the screen door open when I place a cup of insects in there and he decided it was time for his new home. I am now working on trying to make a feeder run cup for him. :)
