I have read several places that a good UV combo is a reptisun 5.0 and 2.0 used together. Why the 2.0? What makes this combo so good?

At what age does a male veiled begin to show his colors? I have a 3 1/2 month old and he is usually shades of brown or green, not a lot of color yet.

I have a screen cage 2x2x4 with a hood fixture that holds two 24" uv bulbs. I currently am using 2 reptisun 10.0 bulbs. Is this OK? Or should I switch to 5.0s? Is there any harm in using the 10.0s?

Thanks for the info. I just picked up a drainage tray from LLL reptile. Seems like it will work nicely. My cage is not from LLL but the tray will fit any cage that is 2x2x4.

Just picked up my mistking system. A few questions: how much water does it use to mist for a total of about 5 minutes a day? Also, I only bought 1 nozzle. Is that going to work for a 2x2x4' screencage? Any suggestions before I set it up tmorrow. Any advice would be cool. Thanks.
