Check out www.screencages.com I had him buld a 24x48x48 for me, it's great! He will do custom sizes as well. Click on the visa and mastercard symbols for links to more photos. Cheers!
Back in the nineties I keep veilds out side through the summer months here in Alberta. Several of my males dug burrows and would use them for cover, thermal regulation and for sleeping. A few non-gravid females did this as well. Cheers!
I just did a big spring clean and moved some chams around... Plinko, my largest mellers got moved back into the room with the others. Here are some photos of their reactions... lots of lobe flaps and stink eye. lol. I'm gonna have to watch how this move works out. I may have to rearrange things...
Thanks alot for the replies. It seems to me the whole importation process is really hard on some chams... maybe the luck of the draw as to how smoothly it may or may not go that particular shipment. Compared to alot of WCs I've seen I thought these looked really good. I was surprised to learn...
Sad news... the little female carpet cham didnt make it. I have the 4 eggs she dropped incubating and will be re-homeing the male with a local forum member. It is tough when the little guys crash so quick. R.I.P. Barchetta
The corner wedge isnt nessesary... It looks nice but dosnt affect the way the nozzle works. I have used a couple of home depot washers to secure my nozzles to the screen on most of my cages. I kind of regret poking holes though my screens though. Now on my newer cages I have made my own...
I would add that my mellers keep me guessing... I THINK that I have them sorted but still no definite answers. lol I'll have to wait for sperm-plugs, eggs or breeding to know for certain. Cheers!
