Metabolic Bone Disease is when the bones weakens up and can lead to misgrowth or broken bones. Its most commonly caused by wrong supplementing and/or lack of UVB light

It he bites he is really trying hard to make you notice that he doesnt want to. Biting is usually last resort. But yes if he is outside and you have to move him back inside it cant really be helped as it must be done

Veilds are known for being able to eat both greens and insects but I doubt he'll turn into a vegetarian haha ;) My guess he is just tired of crickets. Have you considering offer him a bigger variety of feeders? Chameleons can be quite picky and like humans they want variation of their food
