I am curious as to what type of lighting you have there> I see one light and it looks pretty bright, is it a mercury vapor? with UVB ? if so try raising it up off the cage. If not you need a UVB. do you know what type and brand it is?

It is normal for them to shrink and get soft before they hatch after they start sweating. My eggs always hatch out at about 7 months and and have always been very healthy. I had an egg roll late in incubation period with no I'll effect. I think you have a good chance at close to 6 months of...
