Hello Cain and AJA,
thank you for the compliments. :D
We house them separate. Maybe it works in huge well planted cages, but it´s still a risk.
Some people in Germany keep the Kinyongia tavetanum as a pair together and it works (but never the multituberculata or matschiei).
The...
Damn - it was under "new posts" .......
That is the other way in Germany (may be Europe too) to keep chameleons. Most people use melamine or other coated wooden sheets.
Hi,
the most people in Germany keep chameleons in glass-cages - with no problems. The point is, it need´s a good ventilation.
The topside of our glass-cages is gauze and we have a gauze-area on frontside. With this we get a good ventilation AND it is possible to keep the humidity high...
Sorry, please dont look for an dslr, because a good lens has the price of your complete budget.
The most photographers say "dont save money when buying lenses". You get a better picture with a basic-dslr and a very good lens than with a professional-dslr and a very cheap lens.
May be a...
Sorry, but this is not an good idea. The coco fiber can effect more problems in the chamaeleon than the soil.
The idea with (big) stones are better.

We made some new pictures of our Kinyongia matschiei male ....

Hi Juan,

If I summ up the time with these chamaeleons, I must say, the fischers are not harder to keep than...
Hi Chad,
I Think, the best Information and pictures you get here, in this forum. Chris Anderson wrote a very good thread about the kinyongias. On his pictures you can see the difference between the Kinyongia fischeri and the Kinyongia matschiei...
Hi Chad,
sorry, i can´t help you to find a K. fischeri (maybe in Germany.....).
Because, the K. fischeri is not larger than the K. multituberculata.
JEAN MARIAUX, NICOLA LUTZMANN and JAN STIPALA wrote in "The two-horned chamaeleons of East Africa":
