Some of my females will change a lot and others not so much. As stated above if you show the male again and she reacts with hostility and darks colours it's a pretty good indication that she has become gravid
the dollar store often has little racks either for the plants like you need or a rack for kitchen that could be used the same way I would just take a walk through a dollar or hardware store and think outside the box

I would contact the vet asap I could see it being a reaction to the meds but have no expertice with many meds also I would also concider stress or injury on the trip to the vet as a possible cause

I would recommend lowering the humidity and misting and trying to get out for as much real sun as possible as well as loose the night time temp drop try to keep the cage in the high 70s-80 overnight I would suspect your enclosure may be causing some issues I would concider spending a few $$...
imo you should be introducing crickets right away the key is the proper size most chams should not be sold to their new home until they are on 1/4" crickets imo
