That is not a bad idea. I do believe that the red ones are most commonly used. I just want a wider pattern in my larger cage, so my guy can't run from it, He,he. I have 2 heads in it right now with reds.
I have the reds. But I do have a couple of creams on order. I have a 24x24x48 cage, the red works great. I am going to see the spray pattern on the cream, to see if it will be a little wider for my larger cage.
All I can say is that I have a HerpMist and I love it. Jason is Great to deal with. The system is so nice, very quite and oh so easy to set up. I would highly reccomend HerpMist.

Silkies are all right. I feed my veiled silkies at that age. i ordered small ones and feed hem off. He even ate some pretty large ones with no problems. They are soft so you can get away with them being larger.
I would rinse the leaves very well, I also would rinse the roots just in case. it always seemd that my roots will have bugs in them, so I rinse them really good. Then get some soil that has no fertilizer in it(white balls) I also use rocks from the dollar store to go over my soil.
