Going for F2’s

Dude is looking great!

The person that was behind the concept and implementation of Leap Habitats left the company. It’s probably dead in the water now.

They are very active and have are great eaters. They also change colors quite a bit. I’m used to working with Calumma species so these are a fun change of pace.

Here are 2 out of the 7 Willsii babies I have. These are from different females. Such a cool and entertaining species. The babies are super small when they hatch and required extra attention. I’m looking forward to attemptInG F2’s in the future.

Cool! Where are you getting your Parson’s?

Captive bred Calumma parsonii cristifer. 5 years old.

My oldest Parson’s lost his eye a couple years ago from an eye poke from a female during mating season. He has had no problem eating as normal.

Thank you for giving him such a great and caring home. I’m glad he’s settling in well now. I’m always here to help.

Just had this little one hatch. I have 14 eggs due to hatch. These will be my last Parson’s eggs and my last eggs in general. It’s going to be really weird not having eggs and having incubators running all the time. I have had eggs constantly for many years. I will still have all my adults and...

Have you met any other people that have chameleons in Mexico? There are quite a few of my Parson’s that live there.

I had a Parson’s that drowned and when I found him he was completely lifeless. After about 45 minutes of trying to revive him he came back to life and I still have him 5 years later. Their hearts can slow way down.

It reminded me of what Kevin Zamp was doing back in the day.
