I agree with everything above. Also the humidity should have a drop in it a bit and come back through out the day. I was talking with someone about humidity being higher at night times and it was an interesting conversation with some great points on how humidity actually rises at night in...
I have seen that I just feel like it only covers a small area rather than the whole cage. And sadly I can not do anything with the floor as I am young and don't own my home otherwise I would have already had some waterproof hardwood type floors in lol. I'm looking for something I can place over...
so I wanted to keep him a secret for many more months but I figured since I posted him in the photo contest I should go ahead and share him with everyone. Apollo is my 23 month old male orange eye parsonii. His hatch date was 5/14/15 and he is doing so good in my care. He is very friendly and...
Lol no problem! I have searched around for the over spray and i saw some solutions to a different type of misting head but I would like to stay with the setups I have . It's only about a 8x8 square foot area of my carpet that gets wet that I'm trying to figure out how to keep the mist off of.
Ummm I think you have me confused with someone else? Only Cham I had die on me is from me rescuing one that didn't make it. I have no enemies and both my setups are plenty good enough for my chams. My guys live in pradise
I would say more coverage as well but I can tell that's a hard thing when the cage is wider. Maybe since you are okay with plants on the ground two larger umbrella plants or something on the ground going up?
so even with my nice and fancy drainage systems on my free range and cage I still get mist that gets all over my carpet in my Cham room(yes I know carpet is not a good idea but anywhere my chams could have went had carpet. I thought I wouldn't run into this with my drainage but it doesn't matter...
I feel ya. You could mount the double in the back middle and angle them the way you want if it covers too much you can overlap them to cover less. Not sure though I use mine on a free range I only have a single for my cage and my girl seems to be fine with it.
well i have never owned a veiled but form my understanding they are just about the same in caring for as a panther so if you wanted to get a panther of your color choice that would not be frowned upon for being a beginner.(all panther locals or colors are cared for the exact same so choose the...
Sounds like he is doing great! Love seeing his colors coming in keep up the good work!
Sorry if this is a little late but hope you guys have gotten better at hand feeding! My girl wasn't having it at first either but I'm about 3ish months in with her and now she sits at the front of the cage...
I have had no experience laying but I would say no. It's okay to have a plant in her bin but that's too much and no space for her to lay. You can try something that size but with no plant in it to give her space. Or you can put a bin in there and if you see she has been digging take her out and...
