A while back I thought of something that I think would be a great idea for breeding superworms. Since superworms need to be where they will not be bothered to pupate and turn into beetles, I have decided to use an old Flambeau tackle box with adjustable dividers, instead of film cases to place...
Yeah that's what I use is small tweezers; he doesn't approve at all and reprimands me if I even get them in his view. Guess some of them just see tweezers/tongs as some kind of threat
Yeah lol. Hawk gets into some goofy sleeping positions sometimes as well. His most reoccurring one is where he'll have his back legs and tail holding onto a vine, and his front legs will be on the screen with his nose pushed into the corner :p. Might not sound too funny hearing it described...
Mine does from time to time. Sometimes he'll even have half his body on a vine and the other half on the cage
It's perfectly normal and nothing to worry about if you were ;)
I'm not real big on having my picture taken, but when it's with a nice red I don't mind so much :D. So for the sake of the forum heres a couple from around last summer
I'm sorry to hear about you losing your cham, especially like that. It must have been painful to live with after going through all that you did to save her and then just lose her :(
I can't really think of anything too wildly ourtrageous that I've done for my cham. But today I did stand...
First off, lol, do you wear the red and blue pj's every feeding :p?
For the feeder cup, don't assume that he'll eat out of there because a lot of times our chams just don't agree with us;). My Veiled has refused to eat out of a feeder cup since he was about 5-6 months old. Closing in on a...
As for the eating, I don't know if it this goes with all chams but if your cham is a Veiled then yes this is normal. This is around the time that my Veiled slowed down his eating and is when you should actually put him on a scheduled feeding rather than give him all he will eat like when he was...
To answer both questions: leave the poo in there as it actually helps in plant growth, and the addition of earthworms also helps with plant growth. Unless someone says otherwise, make sure your cham doesn't get any of the earthworms before they bury themselves, and don't drown out the plant to...
So I just thought of a pretty cool idea that may help some of my fellow forum members out. This will probably work mainly with those that have small to medium sized quantities of feeders rather than larger quantities but could still work either way. And this will probably work best with...
I've tried using tongs before but had the same exact results. I figured Hawk would rather go with the tongs at first and then work my way to hand feeding, but I guess not :p. Now I just hand feed or let the feeders roam.
I was planning on calling soon but just haven't gotten around to it. Unbelievably busy right now lol.
Like I was saying earlier, there is really nothing that I need right now, or would need for quite a long time, other than the Repashy. Getting replacement UVB bulbs would be a good idea to...
Oh ok I understand what you were trying to say now :D.
I've seen on certain items before where it states like orange extract or orange fruit juice, and on the tums, I'm pretty sure it does not, but it may. Regardless I'll only be using it, probably in an alternating schedule with crushed egg...
My Veiled goes to the top left hand corner, where the door opens, of his cage and scratches at it, with his little mittens continuously, when he wants to come out.
Hahaha, "shut up you stupid crickets shut up" lol.
And yeah I got big plans for my boy Hawk. Most likely I will be pairing him up with a girl from camimom's Kink :D. Can you just imagine the possibilities with those two male's genes being thrown onto a baby male!? I don't see anything less...
Oh I believe it about them Kentuckiyans. Yeyeyeyeye Live action!!! Turtle man lmao :D
I do order most of my stuff, but I don't need anything that I can order with the Repashy at the moment so that's why I'm looking to find it at PetSmart.
Oh and I know that the FedEx and UPS people must...
