I have no idea but, I gotta ask... What made you think of this? Supplements aren't that expensive.

They are metal but I goofed the holes I made so they are on the sides of the tub, only about 1/2 in. from the bottom.

Can/will they chew through screen? I am thinking about converting my cricket tub into a Dubia tub but there is a bunch of screen on the sides and top.

Don't be too hard on yourself. It seems like that was an instinctual reaction that would be hard to suppress if you were surprised. I'm sure it just scared both of you more than it did harm.:)
