    Inappetant baby cham

Only the front is glass. The top is mesh, the sides are dark colored PVC. Soil - I'm planning to cover all the soil with weed cloth, then large river rocks. So that the bioactive portion keeps doing it's job, so that all the moisture produced from her misting system and dripper are being...

    The build starts

So here is the finished vivarium, (minus the extra fan and vents that are on the way), but finished enough that I can put him in and get him used to his new home. New veiled has bumps on his side / burrowing questions (with tons of photos!)

I was thinking about you the other day and wondering how Charms is doing. First, those are most definitely male markings so Charms is indeed a boy. I’m not seeing that he’s too thin. I’ll attach a video that is a much better guide to go by. In your last pic, he has something dark on or by his...

    Death stare

That looks good 👍 lots of foliage and seeing a fogger hose. I maybe wrong but it looks like you have a compact (coil) uvb bulb, if so you will want to upgrade to a linear T5HO fixture and uvb bulb. I like Arcadia's ProT5 fixtures and bulbs.

    Husbandry Review

I have my fans set only for specific times during the day to help with air flow and to allow the enclosure to dry out during the day. My fans aren’t on at night just because you want to up your humidity as close to 100% as you can and the fans will mess with your humidity levels.

    New enclosure

Okay, thx a lot. So I will turn off my fogger during a day and only mist with a sprayer (about 2 times a day), is that okay? And during a night, can I turn the fogger on? On low mode and only to fog a little (to keep overnight humidity 80-90%) or I should not use fogger at all? Now I am so...

    Sick, Rescued Veiled Girl

    T. Hoehnelii Hydration Strategy

I use both the mist king and a fogger My Mistking just does 10-20 sec mists through out the night while fogging, and then I do a 2 minute mist before lights off and on with my mister. When winter first started and it was really cold I used a dripper during the day because I had observed my...
