LCH Reptiles

Hello fellow cham addicts!
I've been keeping reptiles most of my life, and my interests primarily lay in dart frogs and geckos, which I now breed. It takes a lot to tear me away from my geckos, but my girlfriend (Kenya of KenyaChams) got me fascinated in chameleons with her senior male (5.5yr old) Ambilobe panther, Genmaicha, who is an incredible animal. She 'tested' me as a good, conscientious cham owner, and apparently I passed, because we picked up my 5.5 month old boy on Tuesday!
He's from Sandy Gesang at Chameleons NW(who was incredibly sweet and helpful) and was sired by Picasso. He's a confident, calm little thing, who was the 'alpha' of the group of his siblings, and has already readily taken food and let me see him drinking. I'm accustomed to nitpicky temperature/humidity requirements and 'hands off' pets, but I have to say, this little animal is unlike anything I've ever kept before. I see why they enrapture hobbyists!
