I agree, that guy is in trouble and needs a vet now.

Grabbing their own legs and falling could be signs of MBD.
Does he show other signs of MBD? Crooked arms, flexible casque or jaw, inability to shoot his tongue out all the way, doesn't lift the body off the branch, lethargic, not eating much, etc.??
As was already asked, what brand and type (compact, spiral, long linear tube) UVB light are you using? Does the light from it pass through glass or plastic? In the supplements, is there phosphorus, D3, vitamin A?? (I don't have time to look them up right now.)

Replace your UVB bulb immediately, preferably with a better brand (buy online if you cant find locally) such as a ReptiSun 5.0 tube. If the weather is warm/moderate, perhaps take him outside, carefully, for a little indirect natural sunlight.

While mealworms are not a great choice of feed, a few mealworms will not have caused this.

Provide plenty of water.

Did your chameleon suddenly become this way, or has it slowly over time got worse?

Really try to find a vet that knows something about reptile care.

I'm not a vet, but it almost looks like he has a broken back...or at least some issue with his back so he can't get his feet under him in a way that balances him. Did he ever have a bad fall?

For the most part, if this problem occured suddenly and not over a period of time it is most likely due to an injury, not with nutritional deficiencies. With that in mind, your veiled chameleon must have injured himself because of the fall you claim he endured, however what he damaged I cannot say. You need to find out with a veterinarian.

If the spine was weakened due to a calcium issue, then he fell and damaged it, it could still be a nutritional issue....although the chameleon's arms are straight...so its hard to be sure.

Those videos are extremely concerning i feel horrible for the poor thing and i seriously hope he can recover from whatever ailment he has....it looks like its hurting him or something...good luck

I took him to the vet and hi shoot him to a Scanner. On the picture theres not visible problems whit the bones or trauma. The vet guess that there is some inflammation in pelvis because of the falling.That inflammation creates pressure to vertebra, so hi considered to give the chameleon antibiotic or antiphlogistic.Tomorrow i will poste the pics from the scener.
