i have an automatic mister that is on a 3 hour cycle and spray's for one minute at a time. i don't have a really good thermometer/humidity monitor but it says that my humidity level is just 25% and i need it around 40%. tips anyone?

i really want to get some live plant for my terrarium but i was primarily wondering that since it wont be getting much direct sunlight will the uvb bulb and indirect sunlight be enough to sustain the plants or should i get a separate light that is uva? thanks again:)
